Drug crimes are taken very seriously in California, even with the legalization of medical and recreational marijuana.

Attorney Mike McKneely assisted a client to have two old drug cases – one alleging cultivation of cannabis and another for possession for sale of large quantities of marijuana – lowered to misdemeanors after the client had previously plead guilty with another attorney. In addition to this reduction, attorney McKneely also was also able to have the client’s drug charges expunged, allowing him to move on with his life as if the crimes had never occurred.
